ImoTOP 2025 offers optics and photonics manufacturers the chance to take part in this event by getting involved. A room will be made available for coffee breaks between each session. This room is located near the amphitheatre for the plenary sessions. The stands will be open throughout the event.

You can take action in two ways: either by publishing an advertisement accessible to participants, or by reserving a stand to display your equipment on the site itself.

Option: Advertisement

• Company logo on printed material and ImoTOP website.
• A link on the ImoTOP website pointing to the company's website from the logo,
• A company flyer in the folder distributed to ImoTOP participants.
• Rates*: €600 excluding VAT

Option: Exhibitor with stand

• Installation on the ImoTOP site in the area dedicated to exhibitors (tables provided),
• Company logo on printed material and ImoTOP website.
• A link on the ImoTOP website pointing to the company's website from the logo,
• A company flyer in the folder distributed to ImoTOP participants,
• Participation in the conferences without advertising.
• Rates*: €1,200 excluding VAT per space

To be an advertiser or exhibitor at ImoTOP 2025, please confirm your wish to participate in this event by indicating your choice on the document below before 12 September 2025.

* These prices do not include accommodation or meals. However, you can take part in the meals by making a reservation with the hotel.
